Aria Braswell




Bio
Aria got her start in the performing arts, training as a competitive dancer and studying ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and hip hop. By age 12, Aria began performing as a concert singer alongside her father, Donald Braswell. She went on to attend the Northeast School of the Arts where she was a student in the Musical Theater program. After high school, Aria attended the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music as a 2019 graduate with a B.F.A in Musical Theater.  ​ Aria began her work as a pop/rock composer and recording artist in 2018, when she released a debut album of her work, Lady Nobody. Since then she has gone on to produce two more albums: Lonely Town in 2020, and It's Raining On the Humans! in 2022. ​ In 2020, Aria joined the cast of Broadway's Flying Over Sunset at the Vivian Beaumont Theater, under the direction of James Lapine. After being postponed due to COVID-19, Flying Over Sunset resumed performances in December of 2021.
